D & TH TOUMBA LTD is a company incorporated and registered in the Republic of Cyprus under company registration number HE21016, with VAT registration number 10021016J. La Maison Home Accessories is active in the retail trade of home décor, kitchenware, dining and serving ware, linens, bathroom accessories, furniture, and related home accessories.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Delivery & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies or terms expressly referred to herein, constitute the terms governing the use of the Website and the purchase of Products through it.

2. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing or using the Website, or by placing an Order through the Website, the visitor or customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

Where an Order is placed through the Website, the customer acknowledges that the information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete and agrees to be bound by the terms applicable to the relevant transaction.

5. Product Availability and Order Acceptance

All Orders placed through the Website are subject to Product availability and acceptance by La Maison Home Accessories.

Although every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the availability information displayed on the Website is accurate, stock levels may change without prior notice. The submission of an Order does not, in itself, constitute a guarantee that all Products included in the Order will be available.

Where a Product included in an Order is no longer available or the Order cannot otherwise be fulfilled, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible. Where payment has already been made, the amount corresponding to the unavailable Product will be refunded using the original payment method. Where possible, the remaining Products included in the Order will continue to be processed and delivered.

La Maison Home Accessories reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the availability of any Product offered through the Website and to amend, remove or update any information or content appearing on the Website at any time.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

La Maison Home Accessories reserves the right to amend Product prices at any time. Any amendment to the price of a Product shall not affect an Order which has already been accepted, except in cases where the price displayed on the Website was the result of an obvious error.

7. Orders and Purchases

Customers may place Orders through the Website either by using a registered customer account or by selecting the guest checkout option.

When placing an Order, the customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including billing, delivery and contact details. La Maison Home Accessories shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject always to applicable law.

Following submission of an Order, the customer may receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming receipt of the Order. Such acknowledgement confirms that the Order has been received but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the Order.

An Order shall be subject to Product availability, successful payment authorisation and acceptance by La Maison Home Accessories. Where, after an Order has been placed, we determine that any Product included in the Order is unavailable, the customer will be notified by email and the full amount paid for the unavailable Product will be refunded using the original payment method. The remaining Products included in the Order will continue to be processed, fulfilled and delivered in accordance with the applicable terms of the Order.

8. Payment

Payment for Products purchased through the Website may be made using the payment methods made available at checkout.

The Website currently accepts payment through JCC, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment must be successfully authorised before an Order can be processed.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers and may be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those providers. La Maison Home Accessories does not retain or have access to full payment card details processed through such third-party payment providers.

In the event that payment is declined, reversed or cannot be successfully authorised, La Maison Home Accessories reserves the right not to process or to cancel the relevant Order.

9. Delivery

Delivery of Products purchased through the Website is currently available within the Republic of Cyprus only.

All matters relating to delivery areas, delivery charges, estimated delivery times, order processing, failed deliveries, delivery addresses and inspection of Products upon delivery are governed by the Delivery & Returns Policy applicable to purchases made through the Website.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
